Management of foreign interns:
Interested in taking on a foreign intern in your SME? Or maybe you have already had one or two interns and are interested in learning more about how to motivate them and let them meet their potential? The UniKey project can offer you a free two week online course requiring about 3 hours of work in all. This is free of charge as the UniKey project offers this module as part of the second and final pilot of a longer course. If you are the boss of a SME or even a micro-company with under 10 employees you may already have experienced the bonuses of taking on a foreign intern. Students from European universities can be sponsored under the Leonardo program to come and work for you for up to six months. The course starts mid-May and all you have to do to take part is fill in the form at www.uni-key.de But be quick as places will be offered on a first come first served basis!
