I have just made an app for my website annefox.eu without any programming skills using Conduit Mobile app. It took me about 15 minutes and most of that time was taken up in fetching RSS feeds rather than anything remotely technical. I am impressed! Indeed I almost considered not telling anyone how I had done it!
Conduit also generated the QR code which you see in my side menu and that works wonderfully having just pointed my smart phone at the screen. The only piece of advice I would give is to work on Chrome rather than Internet Explorer or Firefox as the website pages don’t seem to work properly on those two browsers.
What I like about this, apart from its simplicity, is that Conduit mobile prepares an app that will run on the seven most used mobile platforms, including web-based.
One thing to bear in mind though is that this is not for static websites. It is for dynamic sites which are regularly updated and for which RSS feeds exist.
