I have written a great deal about the Prof E Sus Erasmus+ project. On this page you will find a comprehensive list of the blog posts I have created relating to the project, slightly re-arranged to ease navigation.
The main aim of the project was to create an 8-ECTS course to help teachers of Home Economics promote a sustainable mindset in their students.

One of the first products we created was a resource directory for home economics teachers to help them find relevant support for promoting a sustainable approach. There is a more comprehensive version in several languages available on the project website.
The course curriculum is available here in full and I have created a graphic image to represent its main points here.
